Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps - Standard Pump Series X

The Series X pumps are magnetically coupled, seal-less magnetic drive centrifugal pumps, and are molded with non-metallic, corrosion resistant materials. Casing and Impeller - polypropylene (glass fiber filled), PVDF (natural, in models up to Series X 100) and ETFE® (carbon fiber filled). Internals - Alumina-ceramic, Ryton® Rulon®-Teflon® or SIC Viton® or EPDM o-ring. Flow rates to 29 gpm (110 lpm) and max. TDH to 62' (19m). The seal-less design provides zero leakage and low friction for energy efficiency. High efficiency closed impellers provide vibration-free operation. Compact pump and motor design with powerful permanent magnets for highly efficient transmission. Models X5 through X100 pump liquids with S.G. up to 1.3; Models X200 through X250 up to 1.1, all without modification. Applications Photo processing; water and waste water; semiconductor, industrial chemical processing; high purity DI and RO water; pulp and paper; fume scrubbing and many other industrial applications.
