Ion Air Blower

Where air is required to affect static removal at a distance and compressed air is not available, the Haug Ion Blower can be used with either the standard Model RN static bar or the extra powerful Model VS bar. These units are easy to mount and simple to operate with adjustable fan. The bar is located outside the blower for easy maintenance and cleaning. Three different sizes are available - small, medium and large lengths.

NOTE: If strong blow-off force is required and compressed air cannot be utilized, Nex Flow Air Products Corp. partners with companies that can supplied regenerative blower systems.

SPECIAL NOTES:
Haug static bars all come with a patented connector to assure safety in operation and maintenance. Field repairable, it prevents a connection if the static bar is removed or attached while power is still on at the power supply.

Cable is FULLY SHIELDED unlike some manufacturers which claim shielding which may only be partial. This results in much longer life for Haug products.

REPAIRABLE POWER SUPPLIES - almost unheard of in the industry, Haug power supplies are repairable and come with a 2 year warranty.

Low Operating Cost

The Ion Air Blower operates on a low pressure priciple and does not require costly compressed air. the power supply, which is required to feed the Ionizing Bar with high voltage, also operates on a low energy consumption level. this makes the Ion Air Blower a very efficent Ionizing system, especially for applications where constant Ionization is required.

The Ion Air Blower becomes very flexible when a larger operating length is required. Several Units can be 'daisy-chained' in series. Other lengths are also available on request. In this case, only one Ionizing Bar and one Power Supply is required.
