Lakewood Instruments manufactures controllers that measure pH, Conductivity, and/or ORP in process applications.  The model 2175P is a conductivity controller, the model 2330P is an ORP controller, the model 2350P is a pH controller, the model 2412P is a pH and conductivity controller, the model 2430P is an ORP and Conductivity controller, the model 2450 is a pH or ORP and conductivity monitor for reverse osmosis applications, and the model 491-495 VersaMeter series are flow totalizers and flow rate indicators.

WEBnode

The Lakewood Instruments WebNode connects the 2000 series -RS2L option card to Ethernet networks using the IP protocol family and the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). The WebNode contains a Web (http) server that allows presentation of custom content.

EZWeb Wireless Broadband Internet Interface

The EZWEB Broadband Wireless Internet interface is EVDO Rev a and is a self contained unit that requires no additional on-site infrastructure to support. It is “plug and play” and interfaces directly with ALL 2000e series controllers via the WEBNode option to allow users remote access over the Internet. It also allows controllers to send "WEBNode Alert" messages to email or cell phones during alarms. The EZWeb is a two way WLAN portal the provides access to/from the Internet for up to 4 controllers. It is also a local WiFi/Internet hotspot for those with password.

2000 Series Controllers

The Lakewood Instruments 2000 Series controllers have many options available to add many different inputs and outputs to the controller. All of these options can be added in the field. The VersaMeter line is a versatile family of flow totalizers, flow rate indicators, and flow controllers for a broad range of industrial and water treatment applications. All models are provided in dust-tight, water-tight, NEMA 4X enclosures.

Lakewood Remote Windows Software (LRWS)

Lakewood Remote Windows Software (LRWS) is a Windows-based program that accesses all the features of Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controllers remotely. Communication is direct-connect via RS-232 or remotely over phone lines with a modem. Lakewood Remote allows access to multiple controllers, phone numbers, and passwords.

Magdos LC Solenoid Driven Metering Pumps

The MAGDOS LC line of solenoid driven metering pumps is the inexpensive alternative for simple, continuous metering tasks. The MAGDOS LC is particularly suited to the water treatment and process industry. The metering pump is equipped with a solenoid drive that operates with 120 strokes per minute at a fixed pace. Tubing connections are integrated into the check valves. The metering pump is available in two performance ranges, 12 GPD and 24 GPD. The capacity is infinitely adjustable from 20 to 100% via stroke length.

Magdos LT Solenoid Driven Metering Pumps

The MAGDOS LT line of solenoid driven metering pumps combines state-of-the-art micro-processor technology with the durability of high quality mechanics. Chemical resistant materials make the pump suitable for many water treatment and process applications. A micro-processor based control unit allows for flexible adaptation to changing pressure environments, allowing the pump to operate in a continually optimum power range. By optimizing the power consumption, excess heat generated by the solenoid is reduced, letting the pump operate economically and reliably.

Miscellaneous Accessories

Miscellaneous Accessories include the Drum Switch (model DS), the Audio/Visual Alarm (model AV), the Heavy Relay (model HR), the Panel Mount kit (model PM), the Bracket Mount kit (model BM), the external temperature compensator, the pH transmitter, the pH/ORP Simulator, the pH Preamplifier, and the Conductivity Preamplifier.

NRLY Relay Node

The Relay Node (NRLY) is a LONWORKS Technology-based node. It contains its own micro-controller which communicates with other LONWORKS nodes on a twisted-pair communication wire. The NRLY is a node which may be added to a Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controller to add four additional relay outputs.
