The Model 1800
Series Poly-Matic dispensers are rugged, double
acting, positive displacement piston metering
units designed to dispense 2 component paste
materials of medium to moderately high viscosities.
They can provide intermittent or continuous
flow of large amounts of mixed material upon
demand.
These Heavy Duty dispensers are powered by the
fluid pressure developed by the drum or pail
transfer pumps that feed the 2 materials to
the unit. Each of the positive displacement
meters have dual Power Flow Valves to direct
the flow into and out of the metering units.
Both meters are mechanically linked to each
other to fix the volumetric ratio as required.
Though the Model 1800 Series dispensers are
fixed ratio machines, kits are available to
change the ratio within ranges. All of the 1800
Series dispensers include mechanical indicators
to display meter functions at a glance. They
are available with static or dynamic mixers
to suit nearly any application.
A multitude of options are available to customize
the Model 1800 Series Poly-Matic dispensers
to virtually any application. Some Options available
are; Time Lapse Warning controls, Auto Mix Material
Purge controls, various types of applicator
valves, etc.
