The Model 1900
Series Poly-Matic dispensers are 2 component,
adjustable ratio, positive displacement piston
meter dispensers designed to meter, mix and
dispense pourable materials. Various models
are available, including double acting units
that can provide continuous flow of mixed material
and single acting units to provide accurate
displacement of shots. Some models include static
mixers, while others provide a high shear dynamic
mixer. All models are available with various
control accessories such as; time lapse warning,
auto mix material purge, auto solvent flush,
air purge, etc.
All Model 1900 Series dispensers include a key
locked console cabinet with hinged doors that
open fully to facilitate servicing the equipment.
Ten different Models of 1900 Series Poly-Matic
dispensers are available. This provides a wide
range of capabilities / features that can meet
the requirements of nearly any application.
Model 1900 Series Poly-Matic dispensers have
been used in applications such as channel filling,
potting, encapsulating, mold filling and many
other industrial applications.
