The Model 100FRA
Series Dispenser Stations are small, single
acting, fixed ratio dispensers designed to meter,
mix and dispense very small amounts of 2 component
materials. They are typically used to dispense
liquid epoxy or urethane 2 component chemistries.
The Model 100FRA Series Dispenser Stations can
dispense minuscule amounts of material by means
of a timed shot which can be set with an adjustable
timer. For larger amounts, the dispenser’s
material output per stroke can be set with an
adjustable output provision.
The Model 100FRA Series Dispenser Stations include
a compact, bench mountable console which retains
the Stainless Steel material supply containers
and also provides a convenient location for
operator controls. Depending on the model, operator
controls included are: solvent flush controls,
mixer motor speed, cycle speed and cycle progress
indicator lights.
Model 100FRA Series Dispensing Stations are
available with a static mixer or air powered
dynamic mixer. For very small timed shot operation,
an optional 1cc capacity air powered dynamic
mixer is available. The following chart tabulates
some of the standard models available.
