The N-3500 Series
Two Component Rotary Pump Dispensers can accurately
Meter, Mix and Dispense Medium Viscosity Two
Part Adhesives. These dispensers can be gravity
or pump fed depending on material characteristics.
They are relatively low cost dispensers that
can be used for Manual or Semi-Automated dispensing
cells.
The N-3500 Series Dispenser is comprised of
(2) Internal Tooth Type Gear Pumps that are
sized and gear driven together for the ratio
and nominal flow rate required by the Application.
The Standard N-3500 Series Dispensers include
a Powerful and Highly-Efficient Low Speed –
High Torque Hydraulic Motor to drive the combined
pumps. A Quiet and Compact Hydraulic Power Unit
powers the motor and includes an adjustable
Pressure and Temperature Compensated Flow Control,
used to set and regulate the dispensing flow
rate. This Hydraulic Drive Package provides
smooth, consistent and repeatable flow of the
metered materials. An Optional Geared Air Motor
Drive Package is available for applications
that require less stringent material flow rate
control.
Mixing and Application of the materials is accomplished
with any one of the several types of Jesco Two
Component Mix Guns and a wide variety of Plastic
Disposable Mixers available.

Displacement Hardened Steel Pumps with specially
treated internal parts for Maximum Wear and
Corrosion Resistance.
- Common
Gear Driven Pumps maintain a Fixed Volumetric
Ratio.
- Compact,
Self-Contained machine on a skid platform.
Available with Optional Casters for portability.
- Optional
Dual 5 Gallon Pail Supply Rack is available
for materials that can be Gravity Fed. Rack
mounts directly to Dispenser platform. Requires
no additional floor space.
- Capable
of Continuous Mixed Material Delivery. No
stops for Refill required.
- Ratio
can be easily changed from 1:1 to 10:1.
- Can
dispense Pump Fed materials up to 1McP.
