N-2900 Series Gear Meter Dispenser

Jesco has 3 basic types of High Viscosity Urethane Gear Meter Dispensers. These systems are typically used in automotive glass bonding applications for dispensing High Viscosity (~12 McP) Urethane Adhesives. Similar systems are available for dispensing lower viscosity adhesives and / or sealer materials.

• Includes “DeviceNet” Network for Dispenser I/O Device Fieldbus and Robot Interface purposes as Standard.
• AB “Remote I/O” Network for Robot Interface and Equipment and/or Process Data Reporting is Optional.
• Pin Receptacles for Discrete and Analog Robot Interface Signals are Optional.
• AB “Data Highway” Network Capability for Remote Programming of PLC and/or Equipment and Process Data Reporting is Standard.
• Ethernet Network Capability is Optional.
